Just because you don’t have a communications plan for disasters in place doesn’t mean you can’t do something. It’s nice if you can donate money or products but that usually takes time to plan and execute.

Even if you aren’t going to make a donation, or even if you plan to, you should also be showing you care right now.  Much like going to a funeral, many of us feel that whatever we do or say will be inadequate so we don’t say or do anything.
